The Child Support Services Division (CSSD) assigns the Member Number.
  • It is on the first letters we send to you about your case.
  • It is also called the Payor Member ID on the paying parent's monthly statements.
  • It is not your case number or your social security number.

Now available! A new Alaska Child Support Services Portal — The services portal offers non-custodial parents bank account and credit card payment options and custodial parents can change their method of receiving payments. Other services available are; address and phone number changes; name change request; case financial statements. Signing up for an account is easy. After entering some identifying information, you will receive an email with the account verification link. Once you click on the link, you'll have account access. Click here to visit myAlaska and select the CSSD Services Portal.

The KIDS Online Payment Information is provided as a public service. The information is unofficial and may not be a complete statement of your CSSD account. The amounts listed show the amount of money received from the non-custodial parent, but that may not be the same amount that was sent to the custodial parent. Please be sure to check with your bank to learn how much was actually deposited to your account.
